What types of events can be held at Crowns?
Crowns is an elegant boutique venue designed for a variety of intimate celebrations including princess birthday parties, tea parties, bridal showers, baby showers, book clubs, sorority gatherings, proposals, and other small social events.
How many guests can Crowns accommodate?
Crowns is designed for smaller gatherings and comfortably accommodates up to 25 guests depending on the type of event.
How long are events typically scheduled?
Children’s birthday parties are typically 2 hours, while other private events and venue rentals are generally scheduled for 2–3 hours depending on the package selected. Additional time may be available upon request.
Are hostesses included with events?
Some packages include event hostesses who help guide activities, assist with setup, and ensure the event runs smoothly. Additional hostesses can be added depending on the size and type of event.
Do you offer princess characters for birthday parties?
Yes! Princess character appearances can be added to many party packages. A princess will visit the celebration for photo opportunities, interaction with guests, and special magical moments.
Can I bring my own food and cake?
Yes. Guests may bring their own cake and food unless otherwise specified. Crowns also offers optional add-ons such as charcuterie boards, light refreshments, and beverage service. Alcohol is not allowed.
How do I reserve a date?
To reserve your event date, email us at partyandeventcreations@gmail.com. We will contact you to confirm availability and finalize event details.
Is a deposit required to book an event?
Yes. A deposit is required to secure your date and time. The remaining balance will be due prior to the event.
Do you host public events as well?
Yes! Crowns hosts special ticketed events throughout the year such as Princess Tea Parties, Mommy & Me events, and seasonal celebrations. Be sure to check the Upcoming Events page for the latest schedule.
Can the venue be used for photo sessions?
Yes. Crowns is a beautiful location for photo sessions and small styled shoots. Limited weekday photo session rentals may be available.
Where is Crowns located?
Crowns is located in Rocky Mount, North Carolina, inside Golden East Crossing Mall.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks in advance, especially for weekend events, as availability can fill quickly.
